Cool non-alcoholic summer drink with kombucha, grapefruit, lime, pomegranate and rosemary.

A Danish food blog by Julie, an occupational therapist living in Aarhus.

2 dl freshly squeezed grapefruit juice (equivalent to about one large grapefruit)
1/2 dl freshly squeezed lime juice (equivalent to about one lime)
A small handful of fresh pomegranates
4 stalks fresh rosemary
60 ml kombucha
3 dl sparkling water (preferably citrus flavored)
2-3 dl crushed ice

Start by putting all the things on the table.

Peel the pomegranate and put the desired amount of pomegranate seeds in a bowl and set the rest aside.

Rinse the rosemary stems and set them aside.

Then start squeezing the grapefruit and lime (feel free to squeeze them in the same bowl, as long as you make sure you stir them well before pouring them into the drinking glasses).

No kombucha in the house? No stress, folks. Just get a ready-made one – I swear by the lime and ginger flavored one (advertising link). Or be a little adventurous and make your own kombucha. Have you never made your own kombucha? Then it’s high time! It’s super easy and the result is awesome. The great thing is that you can customize your kombucha to bring out exactly the flavors you like best.
